This product did not work for colored, porous, and stiff hair.
After washing, the hair feels like hay and it is difficult to wash the roots properly. It requires a full palm to wash them.

I don't understand why the previous review was so negative. This shampoo suits me very well. It cleanses effectively with a small amount, leaving my hair soft to the point where I can even skip using conditioner, although it is also good. It doesn't give any shades (silver, pearl, ash), but it maintains the quality of a professional salon blonde.

I didn't like the shampoo as I didn't notice any yellow neutralization. My hair felt stiff and overly dry after using it. However, the conditioner from the same series saved the day. I highly recommend the conditioner.
