The cream effectively addresses redness and dryness. I have ordered it twice and will continue to purchase it.
The cream truly does its job, removing shine for about 6 hours. It spreads nicely and doesn't roll off. However, be careful when applying it. I applied it all over my face and after 4 days, small comedones appeared only on my cheeks. So, I haven't figured out my relationship with this cream yet.

Great cream for problem skin, I didn't expect such an effect from it. I had hard subcutaneous bumps popping up one after another along the edge of my face, but this cream, along with the micellar water from the same brand, helped me get rid of these subcutaneous inflammations! I have been using this cream for my child (8 years old) and it has successfully helped to get rid of their atopic dermatitis, which nothing else could eliminate for a staggering 5 years! It took almost 3 tubes of the cream, but the result is clear: their skin is now clean and the dermatitis does not come back to those areas.
I purchased this cream for my husband, as he has very dry and flaky skin (on his forehead and under his eyes). At first, I can say that the cream actually worsened the condition of his skin - the flakiness became very intense and his skin was simply peeling off. I also have sensitive skin, and after trying it myself, I also experienced a strong peeling effect. However, we decided to continue using it, and after a week of application, the results were excellent. The redness and flakiness almost disappeared. The skin became smooth and matte. At first, of course, it was hard to believe that this cream would work so well. I believe that the manufacturers should provide a more detailed description of its effects, as one could easily give up on the cream after the initial seeming deterioration.
I bought it from another website for oily skin. However, it turned out to be greasy for me, making my skin shine and all redness visible. The only solution was to use absorbing oil wipes. But just like with other products, perhaps it needs to be applied for a long time. I didn't like the greasiness after the first two uses.
For me, this cream has proven to be effective. It moisturizes well and gently nourishes seborrheic skin, relieves itching, and restores balance. It also contains SPF.
When comparing it to Bioderma DS cream, this cream is thicker and more suitable for combination and oily skin during the autumn-winter period. DS cream-gel, on the other hand, is very light, provides weak moisturization, but absorbs quickly and is suitable for oily skin. Both creams contain Piroctone Olamine.
However, if you have flaking caused by acne treatment products, it is better to use compensating creams such as Avene AC, Bioderma Sebium Hydra, or Uriage Hyseac Restructuring Cream.

The cream is not cheap and I was expecting much more from it. It clogs the pores and the skin doesn't breathe well, resulting in irritation by the end of the day.

This is an excellent cream that soothes irritations and reduces redness. However, I do not recommend using it during the day; personally, I find it more suitable as a night cream. I use the entire Pharmaceris series to combat acne, and I have confirmed that these are the most effective products for this issue. I highly recommend them to everyone.
