I use this spray after applying the moisturizing conditioner by Paul Mitchell to protect against breakage. I recently purchased it, so I can't comment on its protective qualities yet. However, I am pleased with the effect it has on my hair. It adds elasticity, smoothness, and shine. My hair is long and dyed.

Did not like it. I didn't understand it at all, and neither did my friend. We are both dyed blondes, but our hair has different textures. No positive effect, just clumping. The spray didn't work on dry or wet hair.
