I was impressed with the shampoo from this series, even without the conditioner, my hair looked great right away, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, they were not met.

After using the conditioner, my hair feels heavy, yet it still frizzes. I didn't even know that was possible, I thought it was mutually exclusive. It is impossible to add volume, even when blow-drying from the roots, which usually guarantees lifted hair for me. It just hangs there like icicles. The scent is a whole separate story - it smells like some kind of dishwashing detergent.

In short, I am extremely disappointed with this overpriced product, and my trust in the brand is not the same anymore. Because I don't know how to explain that some products, like the shampoo and conditioner-detangler, are fine, while others are as terrible as this one.

Adding a photo after use - it shows all the split ends and issues, although they are usually much less noticeable.

The daily care is very good. It has a thick consistency, which is important, as it lasts me a long time. I am willing to purchase it solely because of the scent - I really like it! However, it doesn't have any super noticeable effects.

This conditioner is quite good as it effectively reduces frizz in my hair. I use it along with the shampoo and hair oil. The scent is pleasant and subtle, not overwhelming.

The composition is terrible.

The balm didn't impress me at all, so there's no need to have high expectations for it. I've realized that the regular hair mask from Numero and the shampoo of the same brand (considered professional care) provide a similar effect. I won't fall for the name anymore :) If the hair ends are split, only a haircut will help.
