Apply to wet or dry nail polish. Drying time is 60 seconds. Apply another coat for 'refreshment' or extra shine and protection.
Great drying! It works! I recommend it.
I tried it with a nail polish that was not that great: quite watery, of unknown origin, possibly diluted... This drying top coat was applied after the second layer of color and fixed everything in a minute or two. Meanwhile, the first layer of "not that great polish" took half an hour to dry.
The drying itself also dries quickly, so you can't go back and fix any mistakes, you need to correct them right away. It applies easily, the brush is fine.
