This is just an ordinary gel, and it doesn't have any special effect on psoriasis-prone skin. I bought a small jar, but it is very inconvenient to open it with wet hands.
It dries out the skin. Even my daughter noticed and asked to use the old one, even though this one is beautiful and foams well. The comments surprise me. I believed them and bought a large jar. In reality, there are gels that do not dry out, but certainly not this one.
I bought it for my baby and I really liked it. There are no irritations.

I really liked it, and it worked perfectly for my atopic skin (I bought it based on my dermatologist's recommendation).
Personally, it didn't work for me as it caused inflammation on my skin (papules). I had a similar experience with the Bioderma cream (although it did a good job in helping with atopic dermatitis), so I thought the gel wouldn't have the same effect, but I was mistaken.
Nice smell. It performs its functions, but in my opinion, it is too weak and quickly dissipates.

Great!!! Neutral scent, almost non-existent. Moderately liquid gel, transparent with a blue tint. Spreads on the skin wonderfully, only needed 2 teaspoons for the whole body, applied with hands, without a sponge. Also, washes off easily, doesn't dry out the skin - feels comfortable, no itching/tightness or redness. My skin is sensitive, prone to irritation (redness, rashes) if the products are not gentle, and also prone to dryness with peeling in colder weather and improper skincare products. Didn't apply it on the face. Stocking up on large quantities of my favorite :)
