The Weleda After Shave Lotion refreshes and revitalizes skin irritated by shaving. Myrrh extract tightens pores, while witch hazel extract reduces inflammation.
This lotion can be used before dry shaving: it straightens the bristles, facilitating a smoother shave. It has a pleasant, sharp scent and disinfects minor cuts. It is free from mineral oil-based ingredients, synthetic fragrances, dyes, and preservatives.
How to use: Before dry shaving, pour a small amount of lotion into your hands and apply to the cheeks and chin, then pat into the skin, let dry, and shave as usual. After wet shaving, apply a small amount of lotion to the cheeks and chin. Finally, apply Weleda Moisturizing Cream for Men.

Excellent lotion. It has a strong fragrance and a natural composition. I have sensitive skin and it effectively reduces redness. However, I need to use a moisturizer afterwards. Of course, if you have oily skin, you may not need a moisturizer. The lotion does tend to slightly dry out the skin. I highly recommend it. I have purchased it multiple times. There is no equal, except perhaps for Speick.
As a post-shave product, it is mediocre and fails to fulfill its main functions.
Cons:
1. It does not alleviate burning, reduce redness, or provide a cooling effect. It contains alcohol.
2. Poor antiseptic properties; once, there was a case of streptodermia in the area of a micro-cut.
3. Despite being liquid, it does not remain invisible. After a short time, it shines and makes the skin oily.
Pros: It lasts for a long time, claims to be natural, and moisturizes well.
I will not purchase it again.
