A luxurious cream for its price segment. It moisturizes, nourishes, and softens. Truly "allergy friendly".
The cream indeed has a specific smell, which reminds me not of a baby, but rather of something medicinal. Although the scent is not very strong. However, everything else is excellent. It moisturizes better than greasy creams like Neutrogena, Nivea, or La Roche Cicaplast. It has a pleasant lightweight texture that absorbs quickly. I bought it for the care of the skin around my nails and I am very satisfied with the result. The urea in the cream immediately softens all roughness and eliminates dryness. The nails look like they've just come from a salon. There is no greasy film left after use, the skin feels soft and pleasant. It is quite economical, as I only use a small pea-sized amount. I hope you will like it as much as I do.
I approach this brand with caution because not all of their products have pleased me. I bought this cream on sale, and surprisingly, it turned out to be good. It provides a nice moisturizing effect and has a pleasant texture. Some commenters below mentioned an unpleasant smell, but personally, I find it okay as it reminds me of a baby cream.

This cream effectively moisturizes and tightens the skin, and also partially hides lichenification. I have been using it for several months and I am satisfied with the results. The scent is a bit strong, reminiscent of baby cream.
Awful smell! It is excessively scented, with a chemically-perfumed aroma that completely discourages any desire to use this cream. I'll give it one star for decent moisturization (thanks to the 5% urea in its composition), which cannot be taken away from this cream. However, the fragrance completely nullifies all the advantages for me personally.

The overwhelming chemical scent is so strong that even after applying it to my hands, I walk around in a cloud of these fumes for half a day. The day I find a minimally scented and effective hand cream will probably be a celebration, but for now, this is just another mediocre purchase. And to think that Sebamed was created by a doctor, primarily to solve dermatological problems, and secondly for cosmetic purposes. Why so much fragrance then?! It's a rhetorical question, unfortunately the manufacturer won't answer it, but as a customer, I have drawn my conclusions.
