The brush is thin, soft, and very convenient. It is long and allows for a precise application of eyeliner, creating a perfectly even line.

I decided to test it out and it turned out to be a good eyeliner for its price. However, it takes some time to get used to the brush.

I really liked the underwater, convenient brush.

The best eyeliner I have ever used in my life... It has a thin brush, intense black color, and good staying power. I don't want to replace it with anything else.

To start with, the pen is not as slim as shown in the photo. Additionally, perhaps it's just my bad luck, but mine is also split into two parts. In order to draw a line, you need to go over it 2-3 times, which leaves behind unpainted white marks. I do not recommend it.

The eyeliner is indeed watery and, after the first application, leaves light gaps.

The eyeliner is excellent - it does not smudge and provides a rich black color from the first application. It applies perfectly between the lashes and is highly recommended for those who prefer thin lines. And if you want to make them thicker, it's not a problem at all!

I have been doing winged eyeliner for over 5 years. I usually used the waterproof Malva, but they stopped producing it, so I decided to try Bell.

The brush is too long, which makes it inconvenient to draw with. However, the tip itself is thin and soft, which is a plus.

In terms of longevity, it is just average. It doesn't flake off and you can wear it all day, but it might smudge from snow during winter time.

I am only deducting points for the length of the brush. I would not recommend it for beginners or those who want to draw winged eyeliner in 5 minutes.
