Molinard Habanita Eau de Parfum has a unique history. It was first used to flavour elite Havana cigars, and only later, the fragrance gained popularity among women as a complement to their image. Its oriental composition won the hearts of many, embodying luxury, mystery, and irresistible appeal.
The olfactory pyramid of Molinard Habanita Eau de Parfum:
Top notes open the composition with delicate geranium, resinous mastic tree, and sparkling petitgrain nuances.
Heart notes create a gorgeous bouquet of floral shades, complemented by woody cedar and earthy nutmeg undertones.
Base notes are woven from marine ambergris, grassy oak moss, refreshing musk, and smoky patchouli framed by warm sandal, and sensual vanilla motifs.
Iya left the most accurate and only description, and I completely agree with her comment regarding the fragrance. I would just like to add that Habanita is indeed a very beautiful fragrance, deep, interesting, with a perfectly structured pyramid and a unique combination of notes. But for me, it is absolutely unbearable to wear; the vintage aspect of the fragrance is overwhelming - it's like wearing a museum dress from the time of Louis and going to the office to work. Unfortunately, that's just how it is - the fragrance is beautiful, but it has long since become outdated. It's very heavy to wear, adding years, decades, "cobwebs," "centuries-old dust," and "antiquity" to the whole image. I bought a miniature for my collection, but that's as far as I went. By the way, the large bottle is incredibly beautiful, that's true.
HABANITA can be described with one powerful expression: Ramamba-Hara-Mamburu... The new flanker differs slightly from the original scent of the 1920s. However, they have not distorted the composition, but rather refined it and surprisingly added a touch of vintage.
This balsamic perfume has a bright tonality of mastic wood, which adds a hint of mystery of a nighttime cemetery. The sweetness of styrax with the flirtatiousness of orange blossom and a touch of laurel oil further confirm the balsamic nature of the composition.
Ylang-ylang and oakmoss beautifully play in the trail, giving HABANITA an elegant powdery feel. The persistent heliotrope, surrounded by musky iris root, adds an unusual sound, along with the bitterness of Egyptian jasmine and woody-mossy accords that provide depth to the composition.
The sweet bitterness takes on a solo role in the composition.
Delicious, sweet East. Not vulgar, not gourmet. For me, it is the epitome of sweet East. I bought it without testing, and I am delighted. I thank Makeup for the opportunity to buy such masterpieces at affordable prices.
And, of course, I give 5 stars for the fragrance composition and the store's service.
