Draw a line along the lash line from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye, or along the inner eyelid.
I didn't buy it here, but I'll leave a review. The eyeliner is simply awful. It drew one stroke and stopped working. If you press too hard on the brush, the liquid from the eyeliner leaks out, but it doesn't color the eyelid. It horribly clumps and if you try to layer it, it rolls off. I do not recommend it.
The eyeliner does not provide any color payoff at all. It's not exactly dry, but it's impossible to apply on the eyelid. I do not recommend it.
