Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter.
I am amazed by this simple product. It helped my child with atopic dermatitis (there were red/dry patches under the knee, which the dermatologist diagnosed as atopic). The hormonal ointment would temporarily relieve it, but it always came back. Cancelling certain products didn't help, so I decided to try it at my own risk. Whether it was a coincidence or not, those patches disappeared within a month or two. (Don't self-medicate! :) )
It also greatly helped my hands and feet, although this oil won't change the lack of vitamins and water in the body. :)
