The balm is actually quite good, at least it suited me personally very well. Most balms I have used tend to dry out my lips even more after they dry. I didn't notice that with this product, which is a significant plus for me. I recommend it, but don't forget that everyone is different!
They changed the formula, and now my lips are cracking. I am not satisfied. I am going to search for the old formula.
This product is a complete waste of money, it has no effect whatsoever. Maybe it could help if you apply it every hour. Carmex is a million times better.
I like everything about it. It has a neutral scent, a pleasant texture, moisturizes well, and healed my cracked lips in just 2 days.
This lipstick worked perfectly for me. I use it specifically before going outside, especially when it's cold. The problem with chapped lips has disappeared.
Unfortunately, it didn't work for me.
Cons:
1) It smells like cheap lipstick from the 2000s.
2) It doesn't moisturize; it just sits on the lips, but they still feel dry.
3) For this price, it should do something, but it doesn't.
4) There is no expiration date on the lipstick (there is some kind of code, but it's unknown how to decipher it).
Pros:
1) It's not sticky.
2) SPF 20.
I don't recommend it. For this price, you can get Carmex with a larger volume and more benefits.
There is no benefit from it at all. It does not moisturize at all. It does not heal. It smells terrible, as if it dries out the entire oral cavity when it touches the mucous membrane, causing a burning sensation in the throat. Just awful. I expected more from this brand.
I didn't like the scent, it reminded me of an old lipstick. The moisturizing effect also isn't very noticeable, it feels like a cheap lipstick. I had high hopes for this brand. I'm more used to the classic Carmex, which has a better texture, scent, and effectiveness. I would have preferred to get that one instead.

Unfortunately, I didn't like it. There is no moisturizing effect at all, it's similar to Biokon.

Personally, this product did not work for me. My lips do not absorb it, and it leaves a white powder on my lips. I understand that it is a budget product, but I would rather pay a little more and have a good lip balm.

I really liked this product because it provides great moisturization. It actually heals cracks overnight, which is something I haven't experienced with other brands like La Roche Posay or Carmex. Those products left a bitter taste, but this one doesn't have that drawback. Plus, the price is quite reasonable.
This balm is really awesome, it moisturizes wonderfully, it's not unpleasant on the lips, there's no feeling of tightness, and what surprised me pleasantly is that it lasts a long time, I mean, really, really long. I've tried many balms, but this one is the only one that suits me. I used to always go for Nivea because all the others, whether expensive or cheap, would dry out my lips and not moisturize them. They would literally last only 2 and a half weeks, but with this one, it's been over a month and there's still more than half left. And I use it very often, every half hour.
Great balm, moisturizes 100%, very comfortable on the lips, but has a smell of shoe cream, that's why I took off one star. If you are too sensitive to smells, then I don't recommend this product.
Excellent lip balm, provides long-lasting moisture without leaving a shiny residue on the lips. The scent is neutral. The price is perfect.
