I can't understand... Either there are problems at the makeup warehouse or with the manufacturer... Anyway... I ordered 2 powders - one for myself and one for my mom. Both arrived without packaging, without any protection. Scratched on top... Inside, there was a bit of powder dust. They didn't look like they had been touched, but the case itself was messy and seemed to have been sitting in a cosmetic bag for quite some time. Shipping such items to customers, especially those who have been with you for many years, doesn't seem like the best idea. They could have at least included some apology gifts... You can see what they put in the box. The powder itself is not bad. It's silky, finely ground. Overall, take note... If you're picky, it's better not to buy this.
