I bought the eyeliner for the first time. It did not work for me. 5 stars for the delivery.
I didn't expect anything extraordinary for this price, but after the first attempt, I don't want to use this eyeliner anymore. The liquid dries quickly on the brush and smudges heavily on the eyes, even underneath. It wipes off terribly, and no matter how carefully I try to apply it, it ends up getting everywhere in the eye. I have tried other eyeliners at the same price point that were excellent. I do not recommend this one as it applies poorly and is even more difficult to remove.
