For wrapping: Apply the gel to cleansed and dry skin in circular motions. Wrap tightly in foil (professional or food grade), leave for approx. 30 minutes. In order to enhance the effect of the active substances, wrap additionally in a blanket. Remove the foil, rinse any leftovers remaining, and pat the skin dry. Use every 2-3 days for 6 weeks.
For massage: massage the skin for 5-10 minutes.

Finally received my long-awaited package. I bought it for work and planned to use it for wrapping, but decided to test it on myself. Honestly, I don't understand what effect it will have under the film, as it absorbs instantly. The consistency is gel-like. I was pleased that it didn't leave a sticky feeling on my body, as gels often do. The scent is very pleasant, it smells like ginger + lemon.
