Micellar water of the famous Polish brand Tolpa is suitable for delicate cleansing of all skin types, even skin prone to sensitivity. This is possible thanks to the mild, balanced formula, which does not contain such harmful ingredients as alcohol, parabens, preservatives and fragrances.
The product easily copes with the removal of dirt and excess sebum, as well as the remnants of makeup. Mild ingredients of plant origin do not dry out the skin and do not disturb the normal pH. Dermo Face Rosacal relieves redness and irritation, soothes and moisturizes the skin, normalizing the hydrobalance, and also eliminates the unpleasant feeling of dryness and tightness. After applying the micellar water, the skin will be soft and smooth.

The makeup remover works excellently. However, it is not suitable for cleansing the eyes as it stings when it comes into contact with them. Therefore, it will be uncomfortable to remove mascara. However, if you remove everything else without rubbing your eyes, the product is very good. It has a refreshing effect and smells, in my opinion, like some herbs.
The micellar water is decent. It doesn't dry out or tighten the skin, but there's something strange about it. My skin isn't sensitive, and I bought this water because of its good composition and gentle formula. However, it causes a slight warmth on my face after use. It doesn't burn, but it feels warm, which is odd considering that even harsher products don't have this effect. Maybe it's due to the extracts for strengthening blood vessels, I'm not sure. But I won't buy it again, I will go back to Basic lab.
I have been using this micellar water not for the first time: it does NOT sting the eyes (most likely, if it does sting, it's an individual reaction), it effortlessly and easily removes eye makeup (without rubbing excessively or being wasteful), and there has been no irritation/redness reaction on the skin. Currently, it has a "delicious" price - 67 UAH for 400 ml. I highly recommend it.
It effectively removes makeup, but it causes a burning sensation in the eyes afterwards.
