I bought it for my mom. She is satisfied with it. However, in the description, it says 50+. On the actual cream, it says 35+. So, if the description was correct, I would have bought a more suitable one.
I haven't noticed any anti-aging effects yet, as it's too early to say after just two days of use. However, for my combination skin, it's too greasy and doesn't moisturize at all.

I am disappointed with this cream. It didn't work for me... When applied, it leaves my skin feeling tight, but that's not the worst part. The wrinkles have become deeper and more noticeable already by the second day of use, and I even got blackheads(((
