Soak a cotton bud in a cleanser until it is damp but not dripping wet. Gently place it on closed, makeup-laden eyes for 15-20 seconds and then wipe away the makeup. Do not rinse.

I have been consistently using Mary Kay makeup remover, and after trying numerous other products ranging from budget-friendly to more expensive ones, I haven't liked any of them. They either don't cleanse well or cause a burning sensation. However, this product is perfect for me, and I am ordering it for the second time (although I rarely do that, as I enjoy experimenting). I have dry, mature skin (40 years old).
This product effectively removes makeup. However, after using it, I experienced a facial reaction for the first time in my life. My face was red and hot. I am not allergic, and I have tried many different products without any reaction before. It's just interesting to know which component caused this reaction. I've tested it three times, and each time my face turns red and burns.

In the past, when I ordered something, I would receive samples and brochures from Mixa. I tried their mattifying cream, but it didn't suit me, so I didn't return to the brand for a long time. However, I needed something affordable that could effectively remove makeup, and I came across this dual-phase liquid. The reviews were not bad, although I didn't have high expectations. The small volume was a plus for me, but I really liked the liquid. It doesn't irritate my eyes, which often happens with other products. It's something between a hydrophilic oil and micellar water. After using it, my skin doesn't feel greasy, but it also doesn't dry out. It's all very comfortable, and I'm satisfied. One small downside is that I'm not sure if it's just me, but the lid is really hard to open.
It performs exceptionally well with the waterproof mascara (Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Waterproof), which other products failed to remove.
