The invigorating and refreshing Pino Silvestre Original Eau de Toilette, developed in 1955 by the famous perfumer Lino Vidal, will be the perfect addition to the image of a modern, young and ambitious gentleman. Its fougere composition is pure as a drop of morning dew and fresh as a breath of a slightly cool spring breeze, inspiring you to reveal yourself to the world and boosting your confidence.
The olfactory pyramid of Pino Silvestre Original Eau de Toilette:
Top notes open the composition with sweet basil, refreshing bergamot, sour lemon, juicy Juniper berry, and delicate lavender motifs.
Heart notes reveal spicy clove, warm cumin, majestic geranium, minty salvia, and intoxicating pine needle nuances.
Base notes form a long-lasting trail of marine ambergris, powdery musk, grassy oak moss, smoky tonka bean, and woody white cedar overflows.
Scent 50+. Fresher than its blue counterpart, but also more suitable for older people.
The longevity is nonexistent. After 30 seconds, it no longer smells like anything. Personally, I cannot detect any pine scent. To me, it smells like very old, dusty, stored bay leaves in my grandmother's apartment. It's not even worth my relatively small amount of money. This is not a fragrance, but an unpleasant, musty smell of an elderly storage room.
I was really looking for a fresh, pine-like, and long-lasting fragrance. I read comments and reviews, and someone mentioned that this perfume is very long-lasting - which is the complete opposite of my opinion. It is not long-lasting at all. It has a fresh, pine-like scent... but it only lasts for an hour. I really love and respect the story behind its creation... I translated everything on the box before opening it... it warms my heart that it is a product from Italy, my favorite... and it seems like a bouquet of herbs... But it is completely lacking in longevity (sadly). I hope my comment will help others who are considering purchasing it.
Sharp, strict, mature, fresh, and very long-lasting. It seems difficult to blindly choose this fragrance because it differs from the usual fougères. It's not soft, herbal, or watery. It's truly piney, but only prickly. I think it will be suitable for men over 40.
The pine needles are barely noticeable. The smell is very cheap, it matches the price.
