The brush is excellent: comfortable, the bristles are elastic. It may seem too stiff for some people, but for my hair and scalp, it provides a good massage. I have been using it for 3 months now, and not a single ball has come off the bristles, everything is in place. (I had a similar brush from Lady Camille, and the balls fell off after a couple of days).
