Not long-lasting, not long-lasting...

I first bought a sample in 2004. I ordered from this website again a couple of days ago. The scent is the same. It doesn't linger for long, but after a couple of hours, a pleasant final note remains, which can be sensed at a close distance. This is very important to me. I purchased 100ml and I'm very satisfied with the product. It is of high quality. They also sent me five more samples, so I will order something else again.

Scent is identical, but there is absolutely no longevity. I bought it as a gift and it turned out to be a complete disappointment.

I ordered two packs of perfume, but they are not long-lasting at all! We have used these fragrances multiple times before, so we know how long they usually last. This was very disappointing.

To check for authenticity, a well-made bottle and the scent of the air are sufficient for me. I won't go into detail about the bouquet and the notes because I hear it all as a whole.
Well, what else can a person, for whom the benchmark of men's perfumery remains the cologne "Edgars" by "dzintarz" that a beloved girl gave a hundred years ago, tell you? That's how I go through life in search of that same scent that will stay in my heart forever. And with the stubbornness of a ram, I buy something new every time, just to remind me of that same "edgars" in terms of scent and longevity (even though the lowest benchmark is colognes).
And finally, it seemed to be IT !!!))
And my wife confirmed, "mmm, yes, very similar!" (she was the one who gave me that Riga bouquet)
But it's not quite it...
I always enjoy what I call the "magic of the first night"... That moment when you open the bottle right after the purchase and spray a little on your wrist. It's truly magical because the wrist really resonates brightly and even the next day. But then something happens and either the nose gets used to it, or the longevity is really low, a little disappointing, but not too much. According to the reviews on the store's website, you can always find this "mystical" zero longevity in perfumes, both for five and ten thousand in the price tag))
To be honest, for the scent to last at least ten hours (I understand that this is a fantastic desire), I would stay with this infinitely delicious perfume until the end of my days))
As for the store and the service, I have no complaints, everything is at a high level.. I have probably been coming here for about ten years.

The longevity of this perfume is exceptional. I sprayed it on in the evening, and the fragrance stayed with me until I fell asleep, which is approximately five hours. Surprisingly, I could still smell it clearly when I woke up in the morning, even after taking a shower before bed. The longevity is comparable to Chanel's Allure Homme Sport, which is impressive. The spray mechanism of the bottle could be improved, as it feels more like a water pipe than a fine mist. To solve this issue, I replaced the top plastic part of the bottle with the sprayer from another fragrance by Gianfranco Gentile, which worked perfectly. Once sprayed, the fragrance gradually unfolds, losing its initial sharpness and revealing a sweet woody note, similar to the original version. The citrusy aspect remains prominent. Overall, I would rate this fragrance a solid four out of five, as it lacks the enchanting touch of the previous version. Last year, I received a gift bottle of this fragrance, which turned out to be a disappointing counterfeit. It had no longevity and disappeared within a couple of hours. I have no idea where it was purchased, but it was definitely a fake. Therefore, I emptied it without hesitation. In contrast, the fragrance I purchased from Makeup is undoubtedly authentic and even differs slightly from the ones available in Ukrainian stores. The package arrived securely and intact. In conclusion, I highly recommend this store based on my positive experiences with them.
