The olfactory pyramid of Ted Lapidus Lapidus Pour Homme Eau de Toilette:
Top notes open the multifaceted composition with fresh basil accords, herbaceous lavender nuances, and tart, juicy accents of citrus fruits, organically combined with the coolness of juniper berries. A subtle tone of pineapple and intoxicating artemisia gives the aroma a magical sophistication.
Heart notes intrigue with the coniferous-oriental sound of pine, honey, and incense, complemented with floral overflows of jasmine, rose, iris, and lily of the valley. Cumin and petitgrain complicate the composition with their ambiguity.
Base notes unfold woody-herbal undertones of white cedar, oak moss, and sandalwood, which merge with expensive tobacco hues, creating a masculine and luxurious trail with alluring amber-musky motifs.
I don't know what the smell was like in the accounting department in the 90s, as they say here. I wasn't even born back then. But the scent is absolutely luxurious, and for the price they ask for it, it's practically a steal. If something similar were released by Tom Ford or Quentin Bish, for example, with a price tag of around $300-400, everyone would be ecstatic and rushing to make reviews. The longevity and sillage are truly deserving of separate praises. It would perfectly complement both an avant-garde look and a playful style like Balenciaga or Vetements.
I really liked it. Thanks for the make up.
The fragrance turned out to be very impressive. During a blind test, no one would associate it with its price tag. There is no "Soviet", primitive, or mass-market sound to this perfume. There is also no biker brutality that seems to haunt almost everyone, as if every other person in our country (or neighboring countries) is a bearded biker wearing a skull bandana. Yes, the fragrance is quite masculine, but without any exaggeration. It is very long-lasting and has a lingering effect. The scent is very rich and balsamic. At the beginning, there is a beautiful pine and juniper, lavender and basil. But the top notes fade quickly, within 7-10 minutes. Afterwards, there is a rather monotonous heart-base: honey, frankincense, patchouli, rose, sweet tobacco. You will not go unnoticed wearing it, and it will not repel your surroundings as it does not have any off-putting scent. The only thing is to be careful with the dosage. If you overdo it, it can suffocate both you and those around you. Overall, excellent work. Highly recommended for people experienced in perfumery.
A very long-lasting and masculine fragrance. It has excellent longevity, rating 10 out of 10. This scent is not suitable for summer, but rather for cooler weather. It's definitely not for boys.
It feels as though the perfumer who created this fragrance was infused with the spirit of all the great Guerlain perfumes combined. When you apply this scent, it gives the impression that you have adorned yourself with a luxurious vintage niche fragrance. This creation deserves 100 points for its quality and at such an affordable price.
Luxurious men's perfume, I ordered it for my husband. Long-lasting, with a trail of floral and honey notes, and then a very subtle hint of expensive tobacco emerges. Thank you very much!
