How to use: 1. Soften the skin by taking a warm foot bath. Use a towel to remove any hardened areas of skin. 2. Clean and dry the skin. 3. Remove the top and then the bottom paper strips, being careful not to touch the adhesive side of the plaster. 4. Apply the plaster directly to the callus. 5. Leave the plaster in place until it starts to peel off by itself. It can remain in place for several days. 6. Repeat the procedure if necessary.
