It foams moderately and cleans well. The tube is convenient and stands firmly on its cap. I've been using the Special series before, and I love everything about it.

This "aromatherapy" is very good. Both are in gel form and effectively remove plaque, providing long-lasting breath freshness. However, the "Aktiv" gel, although also in gel form, does not effectively eliminate plaque or provide a refreshing sensation.
