They sent the wrong shampoo.
I have been using this shampoo for over a year and I am extremely satisfied, especially because it thoroughly cleanses my hair. This is exactly what I need from a shampoo.
I have long hair of medium thickness, and recently it started falling out. I bought this shampoo and spray from the same series, as they contain keratin, with the goal of nourishing my hair. However, both of these products did not work for me at all. They actually caused dandruff and itchy scalp, which forced me to seek medical treatment to heal my skin and get rid of the dandruff.

They are soft and shiny. Overall, I always use them now. Recently, I tried the same brand's hair dye and was pleasantly surprised. It costs around 100 hryvnias, but in terms of quality, it surpasses L'Oreal and Brilliance. I highly recommend it.
