Gel polishes have long captivated the hearts of millions of girls around the world and have remained in vogue for several seasons now. Indeed, they are visually appealing, long-lasting, and a vast palette of shades encourages endless experiments with styles. If you too are a fan of such products, you will undoubtedly be delighted by the incredibly high-quality and professional gel polishes from the American manufacturer IBD.
Its innovative formula was developed in 2011, known as soak off, meaning it is a pure gel, not a mix of gel and polish. The product provides a dense and even coating, lasting a very long time: from 1 to 2 weeks. It does not chip, smudge, or peel, regardless of how often you wash dishes, clean, or do laundry. The gel finish has a bright shine that lasts throughout its wear. Moreover, the product also cares for your natural nails: strengthening them, making them stronger and less prone to breaking, and maintaining the nail's shape.
The gel has a medium density consistency, making it convenient to work with for both professionals and beginners. The product is contained in a bottle that protects the gel from UV rays. Additionally, the formula features an extremely user-friendly brush that allows for even application of even the most "challenging" and complex shades.
How to apply: after applying a base soak-off gel, cover with 2-3 layers of gel polish, drying each layer under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Use a finishing soak-off gel to create a protective layer and add shine.
-
After applying the base soluble gel, apply 2-3 layers of gel polish, curing each layer under a UV lamp for 2 minutes. Use the top soluble gel to create a protective layer and add shine.

Product Review: Sand Dune✨
This gel polish is of excellent quality. I have been using it for many years and have purchased a wide range of colors. I am satisfied with all of them.
Great nail polish! The first layer is transparent. It applies smoothly. The colors, as always, do not match, but there are live photos on the internet. In the photo, Starburst is shown with three coats.
Good lacquer
The most important thing for me is that this gel polish does not cause allergies. I am allergic to many other brands. The quality of the gel polish is average, and the colors require 3-4 coats to apply. However, this is not a problem when choosing between wearing gel polish or not wearing it due to allergies. I have several colors, and the photos on the website are almost identical to the actual colors.
Hello! Could you please tell me which color is the white enamel? (for French manicure) Thank you.
Great nail polish! It's really easy to apply, doesn't streak or smudge, and lasts beautifully. I apply 3-4 coats because it goes on thin due to the specific brush, but it's actually convenient to use and I quickly apply the bright shade 56536 Infinitely Curious perfectly. And another pleasant surprise for me is that it's the first nail polish I've used that comes off in one piece literally after 5 minutes of using the foil method. I'm thrilled!
I bought shade 56526 - Peony Bouquet, not knowing which one to choose, so I randomly picked it. However, the color is very luxurious, with a subtle shimmer that gives it a spring-like feel. I am satisfied with it. It is not too thick and does not streak.
I purchased the Winter Viking shade in dark gray, and it is perfect! It is exactly what I was looking for. The application is smooth, requiring 3-4 layers. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with it.
I am very satisfied with the quality of ibd. I have about 20 of them. The liquid consistency brings me joy because I can easily apply less on the brush and prevent any leaking. I usually apply a maximum of 3 layers, and some colors only require 2. The palette is extensive, and when worn and removed (although I use a Gelish base), it behaves perfectly. Contrary to popular belief that you shouldn't shake the bottle to avoid bubbles, it's not entirely true. You should vigorously roll the bottle between your palms, holding it upside down, to "wake up" the settled pigment at the bottom. Otherwise, some girls end up applying 4-5 layers.
I was a bit disappointed with the color of Pan-Duh, but since there was no description, the presence of pearl turned out to be a surprise.
As for the negatives, it does require 4-5 coats and the gel polish is not very pigmented. However, I had to accept this after having an allergic reaction to Kodi and all other gel polishes (Gelish, Trendy Nails, etc.).
With the bonder (Power Bond), it stays on very well and cannot be peeled off, only filed down. It is easy to remove. During my two weeks at the beach, nothing chipped or peeled off. Without the bonder, it is not as good, but it is tolerable considering that my nails won't fall off afterwards.
There is no strong odor like other gel polishes, it is one of the most gentle ones (like CND) that can be used after an allergy (or even before, to avoid extremes).
I recommend it.
This gel polish is excellent, and the colors are very beautiful. The quality is superb. It's better to apply it thinly in 4 coats rather than thickly in 2 coats, trust me on this. Girls wear it and there are no chipping issues. I highly recommend it.
I really like this shade, especially during the summer. It lasts well and I often apply it. It's best to apply it in three layers, but that's the case with all IBD products.
I bought this product on sale, and the color is very nice, a natural beige (indie oasis), but the application is simply terrible! It spreads and leaks over the edges, and in order to achieve a consistent color, you have to apply 5 layers. I don't know about the other colors, but I do not recommend buying this one. By the way, one nail chipped the next day.
