This balm is great and gives a lot of volume. It actually provides moisture, not just a superficial layer like I've experienced with other tube balms.
The lip balm is not effective, as it quickly wears off and does not provide any noticeable moisturization. The only positive aspect is that it leaves the lips feeling smooth to the touch. However, that's about it.
