I bought this shampoo in Bulgaria and it is simply amazing. It cleanses the scalp perfectly. I consulted a trichologist and she came across this series for the first time, but after reviewing the ingredients, she said that it is a wonderful sulfate shampoo. However, she advised me to avoid or at least reduce the use of sulfate-free shampoos for my skin type, as they do not cleanse the scalp well. This shampoo, on the other hand, does an excellent job. I highly recommend it!
I bought this shampoo for the first time in Bulgaria, both for myself and as a gift. Now I order it frequently. I like it, the smell is pleasant, and my hair retains the scent and doesn't get greasy for a long time after washing.
I have been changing shampoos for a while now, the last one was from La'dor, but I have decided to go back to this one again! It is the only shampoo that doesn't make my hair greasy as quickly. I have thin, short hair and I wash my head every day (with this shampoo, I can confidently go two days without washing!).

It has a very pleasant scent, and I wish it would linger on my hair, but unfortunately, it fades away quite quickly. I will definitely purchase it again. However, the conditioner didn't work for me.
The scent is excellent. It worked well for my dry blonde hair. I used it together with the conditioner from the same series. My scalp is very sensitive, so it's difficult to find suitable hair care products. However, this shampoo and conditioner were a perfect match. No dandruff or itching anymore. I once had this product a long time ago, it was purchased together with a balm and a body product of the same brand in Bulgaria. At that time, I really liked the products (except for the body product). I liked the light and fresh scent of roses, even though I didn't particularly like it in cosmetics. Many years later, I bought it again, but I was disappointed. And now I looked at the ingredients - it's a nightmare!
I don't know if the manufacturer changed the formula or if it was different 20 years ago, or maybe it suited me back then (or rather, it didn't make it worse) because I was a teenager with problem-free hair... But now, looking at the ingredients, I definitely won't buy it and I don't recommend it. This is definitely not a "natural" shampoo! I only give it two stars for the pleasant memories it once left.

I was specifically looking for this shampoo because I used it before (bought it in Bulgaria). It suited me very well, I used it without conditioner. My hair was soft, shiny, silky, and voluminous after using it. I bought it on "make up," eagerly washed my hair and... I was disappointed(((( This is probably a fake. The scent, color, and consistency are good, but during washing, my hair just "squeaks" as if it's coated with grease. I never had this effect with the Bulgarian shampoo!
Pay attention to the bottle, there is a white lettering on top that says "biofresh," on the original bottle, it says "Paraben FREE" in pink letters on the left. Perhaps, this is the distinctive feature of the original and the fake. I don't claim to confirm it. But I am disappointed. Now I will only order this shampoo from a website that specializes in this cosmetics or only in Bulgaria.
I can't believe the negative reviews, this shampoo is my favorite. My hair becomes incredibly soft after using it, I don't even know of any alternatives. I have very long and thick hair, and it washes out really well. It's also very economical.
