The application itself is also inconvenient because it is very thick, and to lather it up, you need to add water or use a lot of shampoo. The only positive aspect is the scent, but it doesn't really make up for the other drawbacks.

For such hard water, the best solution would be the range of professional shampoos from L'Oreal Professionnel (tested!)
