I use the shampoo together with the conditioner. My hair feels soft and is easy to comb through.

I really didn't like this shampoo. From the very first use, dandruff appeared. The smell is tolerable, but not very pleasant. I naively hoped that the unwanted effect would go away, but it didn't. The second application worsened the side effect of dandruff. Now I have difficulties finding a good solution to this problem. I started using it as a shower gel. It cleanses well, almost to the point of squeakiness, and the foam is abundant, but everything else is very disappointing.

About the consistency: it's quite liquid, but lathers well. It's a bit intimidating after using a shampoo with low sulfate content, but you can get used to it. Despite lathering well, I have to wash my hair in two stages for my shoulder-length hair. Each stage requires two pumps of the dispenser.

Hair condition: during the first week, my hair was a mess. It became stiff and the ends were too dry (although I try to only wash the scalp). The hair strands were sticking out in different directions. They felt heavy.
By the second week, they became very manageable. It feels like I'm using styling mousse. By the evening, it feels like I haven't washed my hair for 2 days. By the third week, the flakiness on my scalp disappeared, but it itches by the evening.

Additional information: after three weeks of use, my hair has indeed stopped falling out, but if I don't use conditioner (which I didn't do before), I have to pull out my hair. The detangler doesn't work well. If I wash my hair before bed, I have to wash it again in the morning.
