I have been using this makeup for a very long time. In all these years, I have never had any issues with the product. However, today I received a half-opened shampoo in the package, which spilled onto the other products. Despite washing off the spilled shampoo from the items, 50ml of it was wasted. Additionally, the foam from the same order arrived with a deformed cap. It is evident that this problem was not caused by the courier or transportation, but rather by the way the products were packed carelessly.
I really liked it! My hair came alive, became beautifully styled, and looks better.

I have been using it for 2 weeks, and the performance is decent. I still wash my hair 2-3 times a week, just like before. The scent is normal. I always use conditioner after shampooing, so I didn't notice any significant effect of hair tangling.

I don't understand why this shampoo is called "restorative" and specifically for damaged hair. You can buy the same thing in any supermarket for 30-40 hryvnias. After washing my hair with it, it becomes like straw - stiff, dry, and impossible to comb. The only thing that saved it was using a quality Korean mask afterwards. I don't plan on buying it again. Ukrainian cosmetics from brands like "YAKA" or divine "Brunka" are much better in quality. I don't know what made me buy Insight shampoo after using products from this manufacturer.
