Initial Coloring on Natural or Previously Colored Hair
Preparation:
Depending on the desired level of lightening, mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, or 12% or Color Touch emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
Application:
Apply the lightening mixture to unwashed hair. The processing time depends on the desired level of lightening and the condition of the hair.

Highlighting Already Lightened Hair
Preparation:
Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, or 12% or Color Touch emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
Application:
Apply the lightening mixture to unwashed hair. The processing time depends on the desired level of lightening and the condition of the hair. For longer techniques using foil during highlighting, it is recommended to use a lower percentage of Welloxon.

Root Coloring / Full Head Coloring
Preparation:
Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6% in a ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.5 in a non-metallic bowl.
Application:
Apply the lightening mixture to unwashed hair. The processing time depends on the desired level of lightening and the condition of the hair. As the mixture has a more liquid consistency, it allows for more flexibility in determining the processing time compared to using a pure lightening agent. First, apply to the roots, and only 3-5 minutes before the end of the processing time, apply the mixture to the lengths and ends.
Aftercare:
Rinse out the lightening mixture and wash the hair with shampoo. Apply BLONDOR BLONDE SEAL & CARE color and shine stabilizer.
