There are fragrances that, once savored, will have you eagerly breathing in, hoping to catch their scent again and again. Chanel Pour Monsieur is precisely one of those scents. It epitomizes aristocratic elegance and supreme refinement. The bearer of such a powerfully energetic fragrance always knows what he wants, feels utterly at ease in any situation, and in a romantic setting, can even make the most reserved ladies swoon.
Thanks to citrus notes (neroli, petitgrain), as well as Sicilian peony and lemon verbena, the eau de toilette immediately surprises with a pleasant sharpness and floral chords. But as soon as you get accustomed to this fresh breeze, you discover the fragrance's multifaceted heart. Cardamom and coriander, blending perfectly with ginger and basil, bring a warm oriental note with spicy accents to the composition. Oak moss, white cedar, and vetiver complete it best, offering an earthy-woody aroma. Piercingly fresh with a slight sharpness and deeply sensual in the final accord, Chanel Pour Monsieur subtly accentuates a man's refined style and makes women's hearts beat faster.
I am satisfied. I can say one thing, Chanel is Chanel.
Aqua di Parma Colonia and Dior Eau Sauvage in the same tone, a classic cologne. The beginning is especially remarkable. Moving forward, I would say that Dior veers towards dandelions, while Chanel remains lemony and citrusy. Aqua immediately begins to warm up. Chanel is probably the most subtle of the three.
Thank you, MakeUp, for the fast delivery of this wonderful men's perfume. There were no doubts about its originality. It is the perfect scent for those who seek a feeling of crystal purity and invigorating freshness, making it suitable for daily use. It does not require any specific dress code; the wearer simply needs to be dressed neatly and stylishly. There is no hint of retro-ness; the perfume is completely modern and even timeless. The sillage is average and not long-lasting. The scent overall lasts for no more than three hours, after which it becomes practically invisible. Those who wear it from morning until evening will need to reapply. However, this is the only drawback. In all other aspects, the perfume is praiseworthy.
"The scent of a business person. Not suitable for everyday use. My husband liked it specifically for business meetings."
