Argan Hair Oil Joanna Argan Oil Silk Elixir

The Joanna Argan Oil Silk Elixir hair oil is both wonderful and terrible. The label boldly advertises "Argan Oil," but it turns out to be nothing more than a marketing ploy. I bought it back in February-March 2017 when the ingredients were not yet listed. Oh wait, they still aren't listed in the description, but they did take a photo of it. Not that it matters anymore, since I've had the bottle for a long time.

Anyway, the pump on the product is excellent. The oil smells divine, like a heavenly, honey-like nectar.

Luckily, my intuition told me to ignore the instructions and only apply the oil to the ends of my hair, because the main ingredients in the formula completely contradict the manufacturer's recommendation to "massage into the roots and DO NOT RINSE." No way, no way, no way.

Let's take a closer look at the ingredients:
cyclopentasiloxane, dimethiconol, cyclohexasiloxane, amodimethicone, isopropyl myristate, argania spinosa kernel oil, tocopheryl acetate, parfum, butylphenyl methylpropional, coumarin, hexyl cinnamal, linalool, cl:40800.

What do we see? The first components are silicone substances/compounds (I'm not a chemist, so I don't know the correct term). Among the entire list, try to find a non-allergenic ingredient!

But applying it to the SKIN of the scalp is just a ridiculously absurd recommendation, considering that the fourth ingredient, amodimethicone, "forms a film on the skin, clogging pores, CAUSING DANDRUFF AND HAIR LOSS with prolonged use."

They should have just written on the bottle: "Hair Removal Product," and there would be no complaints.

By the way, my ends are happy. I apply it to dry hair as a heat protectant and to reduce frizz. And the lingering scent of the oil insists that you won't need any perfume that day.

But I won't be buying this product from someone with bipolar disorder again. Sorry, Joanna.

I really liked this oil. It has a very pleasant scent, and it doesn't leave my hair greasy after applying it. In fact, it makes my hair easier to comb through.

The oil does not have a cumulative effect. It only temporarily beautifies the hair. My hair is long, thick, and fluffy after washing, but the oil did not provide me with any noticeable cumulative effect. One positive aspect is the amazing smell (some kind of honey). Also, the argan oil is one of the last ingredients in the composition.

I really liked this oil! It doesn't weigh down my hair and it's a great option for dry ends at a reasonable price!

Hmm.. I'm puzzled by the reviews. Well, this shampoo is too greasy for me, at least that's how it feels. I've tried many different ones, the last one was from Glis Kur, and it made my hair look more vibrant. This one smells really nice, but by the evening, my hair loses its beauty and becomes dull and sticky, as if it needs to be washed again the next day. Maybe it's just not for me. My hair is normal and highlighted. I gave it to my mother-in-law, I do her hairstyling, and her hair looks alive and shiny. It's a matter of individual preference.

Great oil, it worked perfectly for my dry and curly hair. It moisturizes the scalp and the hair seems laminated. It's a pity that it became more expensive, I bought it in October for only 119 UAH.

Very good oil. I use it on my long, wavy, red hair. This product won my love because it gives a luxurious shine, lightness, gentle scent, and a well-groomed look. Additionally, it heals the hair structure and nourishes the hair follicles. The convenient dispenser and volume are a plus. Polish cosmetics rule - they make up 80% of my cosmetic bag :)

SIMPLY A MASTERPIECE!!!
I am insanely satisfied with this oil, words cannot express it! After dyeing my hair black, it became dry and porous, I looked like a huge curly puffball. None of the masks, oils, or moisturizers helped until I found this miracle! Just two drops are enough, and my hair becomes soft, alive, and shiny, like after a salon treatment! I am very happy with it and will recommend it to everyone. Ladies, if anyone is hesitating to buy it or not, go ahead and take it, you won't regret it!

The oil is great, I use it to moisturize my hair ends.
