Apply with a finger or toothbrush 1–2 times a day (preferably in the evening after brushing your teeth) in an amount equal to the size of a pea, and spread it over all tooth surfaces. I bought this product for additional dental care. I apply it under my cap at night. I am satisfied because it has a convenient consistency and a subtle taste. In the morning, I feel a greater sense of cleanliness compared to when I wear caps without the gel.
I am very satisfied with this gel. We use it together with the 'liquid enamel' toothpaste. After treatment and cleaning of the teeth, the gel helped restore my teeth and eliminate excessive sensitivity (I couldn't even drink because my teeth were reacting to everything). Furthermore, in areas where I have gum recession (recession) and also very high sensitivity, everything is fine now. Currently, I use the gel as needed. The whole family uses it, including the child. By the way, my son has a small yellowish spot on one of his milk teeth, and after using the gel, it even slightly decreased.
I didn't feel anything special about this product. It doesn't add density, doesn't cover cracks, and doesn't make teeth brighter. It also doesn't provide any transparency where it's needed. I will continue using it and observe if there will be any effect.

Two years ago, I met my friend Katya, who was planning to go to China for work (she has already returned and we have opened our own business). We met in the city center and decided to take a walk. The weather was great, sunny and warm. Katya suggested going to a supermarket to buy something for a picnic and sit in the park, just like in the good old days.
