This eau de toilette is a delightful "small bouquet" of flowers. It embodies femininity that cannot be expressed in words, becoming the first floral-aldehyde fragrance of elegance, modernity, and seduction, timeless in its essence.
In such a classic perfume composition, eighty different components were blended, out of which Coco Chanel decided to choose the fifth vial, hence the corresponding name. However, Mademoiselle made one addition - she requested the inclusion of a touch of tender lily of the valley, reminiscent of youth. Chanel declared that the eau de toilette should not smell like lily of the valley or rose, but should "smell like a woman".
Chanel No. 5, in its abstract blending, can be compared to the ingenious and relevant masterpieces of avant-garde artists like Malevich and Kandinsky, which, at the same time, best suit the modern era. Delicate, light, with a significant sillage, yet serious and slightly sharp, it highlights the complex character of its wearer. I really like it, I am a fan of Chanel. At first, the perfumes seemed strong to me, but when you start using them, you go further and further, and you buy a different type every time without trying it. You want to try them all. This scent is long-lasting, expensive, luxurious. I recommend everyone to try the classic and you will love Chanel.
I read conflicting reviews and bought it on my own risk without testing it. I thought, whatever happens, if I don't like it, it will remain in my collection. But from the first spray, I realized it definitely won't gather dust on the shelf! Incredibly beautiful, extremely feminine, it simply conquered me. It is definitely among my favorites now, I can't get enough of it. No grandmas, no chests. It has a beautiful powdery scent without tickling my nose. Everything is rounded, soft, as if a beautiful kitty is walking on soft paws. I can't imagine this fragrance and a bad mood together. There is no point in breaking it down by notes, but I am waiting for the last ones, deep ones, with iridescence, like a pulse. Sandalwood and Amour excite and inspire. This fragrance, like my man, turns out I also chose by its smell. The fifth edition is for women who love themselves and the man they live with. If it doesn't suit someone, go ahead! There is a sea of compotes for every taste. And for those who dislike it, I wish to create their own masterpiece, and let even one person buy it on import!
