There's nothing special to expect from this shampoo. It's just a regular shampoo for washing hair. For me, who has oily roots and dry ends, this shampoo makes my hair a bit firmer. Before this, I used L'Oreal Elvive for many years, and my hair was soft and silky after using it. However, with Kalos, I don't have that feeling, and my hair is harder to comb. Maybe I should have ordered the mask from the same series for better results. Overall, it deserves a solid "4". I use it, I like it, there are no dandruff issues, and that's already good.
