Mix the cream developer with the dye in the appropriate ratio based on the desired result.
The developer is really great!
Good developer
I bought a 12% developer for super blonde hair. I liked its concentration as it doesn't irritate the scalp and lightens well.
A reliable developer, used it with Londa hair dye.
I am very satisfied with the quality of this product! For the past 2 years, I have been using only this brand's cream developer for coloring my hair at home.
I highly recommend it!
I used the 9% oxidizer with the Echosline Super Blond Professional Bleaching Powder. I have light-brown hair. After an hour of bleaching, my hair was slightly yellowish. However, the effect with the 12% oxidizer was excellent: my sister's dark-brown hair lightened very well. There was hardly any yellow tone. The hair remained soft, untangled, and did not turn into a mop!
