Blamage perfume is an astonishing spicy unisex fragrance that emerged as one of the most remarkable discoveries at the niche perfume exhibition in Milan, which featured the documentary The Nose-Searching for Blamage by director Paul Rigter.
The very name of the perfume, which translates as "intentional mistake," reveals the uniqueness of this scent's composition. Its bouquet was created through a random selection process. Perfumer Alessandro Gualtieri, blindfolded, picked six ingredients and mixed them, resulting in an original fragrance that is both complex and cheerful. This became the foundation of the Nasomatto Blamage perfume.
Blamage perfume is suited for daring, adventurous individuals who are not afraid of experiments and are ready for new adventures. Unrestrained, originality, and joy – that’s what the new fragrance by Alessandro Gualtieri offers!
I really loved the fragrance; it is long-lasting and I can feel it on myself throughout the whole day.
The delivery is excellent! The perfume is ambiguous, not suitable for everyday wear.... I need to try it out again and understand if it suits me or not.
Unbeatable longevity. After several hours, the scent transforms - in a positive way - completely. It lingers on cotton clothing even after 2-4 washes.
Perfect scent for daily wear. When I don't know what to wear, I reach for it. It is especially great during cold weather.
I received it and placed it in a dark place to let it settle from the journey. But still, I decided to test it out. For those who are used to Chanel, this fragrance is completely different. It is ambiguous, it behaves differently. It is so confident in itself that it simply needs to be matched accordingly, otherwise, it will just overpower you. However, I will definitely keep it because for me, it is like expensive whiskey: for everyday use, it's "that match", but for special occasions, it is definitely a delight to enjoy.
The fragrance is luxurious, but strangely not long-lasting. After a couple of hours, there is no trace of it :( Maybe I got unlucky with the batch/bottle.
The fragrance is really great, striking a strong balance between woody freshness and heavy oily scent. It is worth drawing conclusions after wearing it for at least a few days (on clean skin), as it does not immediately evoke enthusiastic emotions upon application.
I was given Nasomatto Blamage a few years ago as a gift. I really liked the scent, it seemed more feminine than masculine. It reminded me of Roja Dove Unspoken, but it was gentler. There are very light floral notes, and after an hour or so, I can distinctly smell the leather, not smoke, but expensive leather. The scent is expensive, contradictory, and harmonious all at once (apparently, this is possible!). It's a mix of chypre, flowers, leather, and powder, but each aspect is individually amazing and not connected to the others.
The fragrance is mysterious and beautiful, acting like a drug even though I've never tried drugs. It's just unexplainable, you have to test it yourself and you will also become (crazy) mesmerized, it's just very enchanting!
I don't know what is mixed in this fragrance, but it contains all those notes that drive me crazy. There's something from Afghanistan in the base, something narcotic from Venus. In short, this is the perfume that makes me want to scream silently. I don't want to praise it because I'm the only one who wants to smell like it. I found my own aromatic self. Out of my 100 perfumes, I finally got my hands on this one. Thank you, Makeup, for allowing me to get it so quickly. It's 100% original! Thank you :)
