Before use, test the fragrance for individual tolerance. For aromatherapy burners: use 2-3 drops per 15 square meters. For nasal drops: mix 1 drop with 2-3 teaspoons of St. John's wort oil, and apply 3-4 drops in each nostril every 60-90 minutes. To enrich cosmetic products: add 1-3 drops per 5 ml of base product. For cosmetic ice: mix 1 drop with honey or cosmetic cream (1 teaspoon), dilute in 200 ml of water, and freeze in portions.
