Skin prone to issues requires extra care. The domestic company "Golden Farm" introduces "Tar Balm". Birch tar is a potent substance made from the top layer of birch bark. Effectively cleansing enlarged pores, it helps normalize oil secretion, prevents inflammatory processes, and thereby clears the skin of acne and pimples. Tar is used to treat eczema, psoriasis, folliculitis, seborrheic dermatitis, and other dermatological diseases.
The properties of birch tar are enhanced by calendula and sea buckthorn oils, as well as zinc, salicylic acid, and lanolin. The balm soothes inflamed skin, dries out boils, exfoliates dead cells, and prevents new inflammations from developing. To amplify the healing effect, it is best used in combination with tar soap.
Tar Balm does not leave an oily residue and does not clog pores. It heals and restores, in a word - it helps keep problem skin in a healthy condition.-

The balm is excellent, I use it every day and it helps. The only downside is that it doesn't come off clothes easily, leaving white stains. However, I won't deduct a star for that because it's really good. It has a natural composition, which is great, and of course, it has a pleasant price. I recommend it to everyone.

I apply it only on pimples at night, and in the morning the redness disappears. It also works well in fighting cold sores on the lips.
The scent is subjective, but the effect is pleasing.

I used it before, about six months ago... I remember liking it, but then I switched to another product. Recently, I had a terrible allergy to a new eye cream.... I didn't know what to do... I remembered that there is such a miraculous balm, found it and applied it before bed..... and voila--- in the morning, half of the skin problems were gone and most importantly, the swelling went down (I also took anti-allergy tablets at night).
Now I have returned it to its rightful place among my favorite products.
Application recommendations:
Since it is very greasy and poorly absorbed, I recommend applying only a thin layer to problem areas (just a little bit) or another option is to apply generously about 2 hours before bedtime - then gently dab the face with a dry, clean paper towel. The excess will be absorbed by the towel, so you don't have to worry about the balm getting all over your pillowcase.
I also recommend removing it first with a hydrophilic oil, and then with your regular cleanser.
I have been suffering from hormonal acne for 10 years - this is one of the few products that REALLY HELP.
Dryness, cracks, eczema - it will heal and moisturize. The scent is tolerable. A good product.

This is a really great product that effectively reduces inflammation without drying out the skin. I apply it directly on the affected areas before going to bed. However, I must admit that it doesn't absorb completely and can stain the pillowcase, but the results make it worth it.
It's just okay. No "wow" effect. Dries out the skin. I used it to fight occasional breakouts, endured its repulsive consistency and smell, but it didn't really impress me with its effect. Even salicylic acid works better. I won't be getting it again.
The consistency is terrible. At first, it wipes off with yellow water and then becomes a solid base. It's greasy and can't be washed off with soap. It doesn't absorb into the skin. I have no idea how people can sleep with it; their pillows will get dirty and everything will get smudged.
The balm dries out, almost to the point of itching. I applied it thinly before bed for several days, but in the morning, dryness and itching started to appear, and with each day it got worse. I stopped using it, and it went away. Now I use it no more than once every 3 days and only spot treat for a few hours, washing it off with face wash. It works for small inflammations, but for sensitive skin, caution is needed. It didn't help with dermatitis on my hands.
Consistency: greasy, as if with micro particles... I don't really like this, it feels "heavy" on my skin due to its texture... I prefer lighter creams.
But the effect is amazing!!! I'm finishing the tube and will definitely buy more.
It makes my skin incredibly soft, and after regular use, my skin becomes clear and I have fewer breakouts.
And another plus is that it's great for seborrheic dermatitis (which I have a little on my cheek, it's seasonal for me) and it works better than expensive products.

However, he didn't like it, even though it had an effect (it doesn't absorb, forms a film, and excess needs to be removed with a tissue - well, what can you expect from a man =) Recently, my mom had skin problems, specifically on her legs.
