Protective Shampoo for Colored Hair Biolage Colorlast Shampoo

This product has a pleasant scent and effectively cleanses the scalp. However, when applied to the roots (which is where I typically apply shampoo), it excessively dries out the hair and causes dandruff. I prefer the shampoo from wella. If used in combination with conditioner and hair mask, the effect is not bad (I have highlighted hair).

I have thick, coarse hair and I constantly dye it brown to cover the gray. This shampoo and conditioner did not work for me as my hair quickly became greasy. However, it did help maintain the color, so no issues there. I assume that if you have thin hair, the silicones in the formula would coat and thicken them. I won't be buying it again for myself.
