I didn't understand the praising reviews. Perhaps they come from those who don't really have any issues with their skin. In winter, my skin is very dry, especially on the fingertips. I've been struggling with it for several years, and nothing helps. When you apply this cream, it feels lighter and makes the skin soft. But as soon as you wash your hands, the effect goes away. It also takes a long time to absorb, which is a problem if you have to apply it throughout the day. I mostly use it at night, but in the morning, after contact with water, there is no longer any result. I believe the price is too high.

The cream works like this: you apply it and your skin becomes velvety, wash your hands and everything is dry again. In other words, it works instantly.

Now all I have to do is apply it in the morning and before bed. The constant tightness sensation is gone. I have been using it for over a month. Very satisfied.

I didn't buy it here because it wasn't available. I was thrilled with Gevol foot cream for rough skin, so I thought this cream would also help my perpetually dry skin. But no, it lacks moisturization. It's more like an everyday protective cream, and I'm not willing to buy it again at this price. Plus, the metal tube is incredibly inconvenient.

My favorite cream. And it's always so difficult to buy it. If you have the opportunity, give it a try. Your hands will be satisfied))

I really liked this cream. I had severe cracking skin around my nails. After using the cream, everything disappeared. The manicurist said that my skin became very good, soft, and my nails became smooth. I highly recommend this excellent brand, especially for feet. Cracks heal in just 2 or 3 applications.

I am utterly disappointed with Gehwol as a company. I have used two different heel creams and this hand cream, and they all turned out to be nothing special. I had high hopes for this hand cream especially during the winter season, as I use it every day. However, it did not help with the dryness and I even developed a crack on my finger. So much for the highly praised Gehwol.

I have been using this cream for almost a month, every day. During the fall-winter period, I experience problems with my hands, specifically with my finger tips and around the cuticles. I usually get hangnails and dry skin in those areas. With the use of this cream, I no longer experience hangnails, but the dryness on my fingers around the nails hasn't improved much. I would rate this cream a 4 out of 5 because it personally doesn't provide enough nourishment for my hands' skin.
