Application:
- Clean and dry the braces thoroughly.
- Apply the adhesive cream as directed, avoiding areas too close to the edges. a) Upper: Apply a long, continuous line of the product, followed by two short lines in the center of the device. b) Lower: Apply a long, continuous line of the product. c) Partial: Apply two short strokes.
- Rinse your mouth, reinsert the device, press it firmly, and then bite down to secure it in place.

Removal:
- Rinse your mouth with warm water.
- Gently remove the device using a rocking motion.
- Remove any remaining cream from the device and your mouth using warm water and a soft brush.
- For better hygiene, use a denture cleaning solution.
