The pencil sharpener is terrible, I really don't like it at all. It chews up the wood and the tip of the pencil comes out strange and not sharp. I was excited about this brand because I absolutely love their combs. I had a really cheap sharpener before this one that was a hundred times better. I don't recommend it! The store's service, as always, is top-notch!

The sharpener is amazing. I bought it with caution because three of my sharpeners couldn't handle the LeCordi eyebrow pencil, they just broke and crushed the lead. But with this one, everything is perfect! I highly recommend it.
