First, apply a moisturizing cream or serum to your cleansed face to ensure better glide for the gua sha tool. Perform each movement at least five times per area.
Chin area: Hold the gua sha tool at a 15-20 degree angle to your face, and slowly and mindfully glide it from the center of your chin to your earlobe. Repeat several times on both sides.
Forehead: Place the gua sha tool at the bridge of your nose with the long edge against your face, and slowly move it upwards to your hairline. Repeat the movement.
Cheek area: Start at the sides of your nose and move the gua sha tool upwards along your cheeks and cheekbones towards your ears. Repeat the movement.
Eyebrow area: Place the gua sha tool at the inner edge of your eyebrow near the bridge of your nose, and move it along your eyebrow line towards your ear. Repeat the movement.
Apply gentle pressure with all movements; avoid pressing too hard. Follow the massage diagram and stick to the designated massage lines. For noticeable results, use the tool daily for 3-5 minutes.
