Step 1: Start by applying OPI Base Coat to clean, dry nails with pushed-back cuticles.
Step 2: For perfect polish application, apply one stroke of lacquer down the center of the nail, then one stroke along each side.
Step 3: Follow with a second coat of lacquer, extending the color to the tips of the nails.
Step 4: Add shine, seal, and protect with one coat of OPI Top Coat, pulling it over the tips of the nails.
Step 5: To dry your manicure to the touch in just a few minutes, apply 2 drops of DripDry Lacquer Drying Drops to each nail.
