Strand Test: Performing a strand test is crucial as it helps determine the time required for the product to take effect and assesses the hair's resistance, indicating whether the hair is in good condition for the transformation.

- Thin hair (5 to 20 minutes);

- Medium hair (15 to 25 minutes);

- Thick hair (20 to 35 minutes).

Never exceed 35 minutes!

1. Divide already detangled hair into 4 sections using non-metallic clips.

2. Protect your shoulders with a towel and put on gloves.

3. Start with section 1. Separate a strand of hair.

4. Begin timing and apply HairLife Smooth & Natural straightening cream, keeping a distance of 0.5 cm from the roots to the middle of the strands using a fine-tooth comb.

5. After applying the HairLife Smooth & Natural straightening cream to all strands in section 1, proceed to the next sections, repeating the same process.

6. Return to section 1 and use a comb to apply the Smooth & Natural straightening cream from the roots (always maintaining a 0.5 cm distance from the roots) to the tips of the strands. For long or voluminous hair, we recommend using two or more packages. Before moving to the next strand, use your fingers to pull the Smooth & Natural straightening cream from roots to tips to ensure even distribution.

7. Repeat the procedure for the remaining sections.

8. Allow the HairLife Smooth & Natural cream to work for the time specified in the strand test.

9. Rinse out all the HairLife Smooth & Natural straightening cream with plenty of water, starting from the area where you first applied it.

10. Evenly distribute the entire contents of the HairLife Smooth & Natural neutralizer from the roots (keeping a 0.5 cm distance from the roots) to the tips of the hair. Use a fine-tooth comb to keep the strands straight, following the direction of hair growth, and leave it for 15 minutes.

Note: If the scalp feels warm, rinse it with plenty of water and repeat step 10.

11. Rinse out the HairLife Smooth & Natural neutralizer with plenty of running water. Then wash your hair with your chosen Novex shampoo.

12. After washing your hair, we recommend using a Novex mask. Leave it on for 3 minutes. Rinse and finish as usual.

IMPORTANT: Leave the strands loose, as clips can leave marks and break the strands.

Retouch: The interval between application and retouching depends on hair growth—typically 60 days after the initial application. Follow the previous application ritual, applying HairLife Smooth & Natural only to the roots (the part of the hair that has grown during this period, maintaining a 0.5 cm distance from the roots), and do not distribute it along the length and tips.
