Remove the plaster from the paper wrapper. Grasp the edges of the plaster with the wound pad face down. Bend the plaster downwards in the middle and peel back the protective strips roughly halfway with your fingers. Place the plaster on top of the wound, lining the wound pad up with the wound. Slowly pull the protective backing away and press the adhesive strips down.
